This variety is a variety of the well-known Italian Rotonda Bianca, but differs from it in larger sizes (up to 1 kg) and tender, non-darkening pulp. Large, very beautiful rounded eggplant 4-5 inches (10-13 cm) wide and 5-6 inches (13-15 cm) high. It is distinguished by its two-tone color - it is lilac and white. These fruits are very dense and heavy, with an average weight of 500-600 g, with white tender pulp and high taste qualities, without bitterness, suitable for use at any stage of development, universal in use. An early variety that enters fruiting on the 80th day after transplanting seedlings. The bush is medium-sized, sprawling, up to 70 cm high in open ground and up to 110 cm in greenhouses and hothouses. The variety has long been valued for its abundant and long-lasting fruiting, excellent uniformity of the originally colored fruits. This is one of the brightest species in our collection of Italian heirlooms.
