Gezagard® 500 FW k. with. — herbicide for controlling annual dicotyledonous and grass weeds in potato, vegetable, oilseed and fodder crops.
Gezagard® 500 FW k. with. — a selective herbicide that is absorbed by both the sprouts and roots of germinated weed seeds if the drug is applied to the seedlings. The effect on weeds that have already emerged occurs through the leaves. The maximum effect is achieved with pre-emergence spraying of crops on which weeds have formed up to three leaves. The herbicide is absorbed in the phase of weed germination, which causes their death even before the seedlings appear. It is not recommended to carry out tillage or loosening in the rows after applying the herbicide — this will reduce the herbicide's effect. The duration of protective action is 35–45 days, depending on weather conditions. The drug is low-toxic (LD50>2000 mg/kg). Non-toxic to bees, the environment and beneficial entomofauna.
Maximum number of treatments per season — 1.
Waiting period after spraying: without restrictions.
Gezagard 50% hp. 100 ml
Herbicides are widely used in modern agriculture. The drug Gezagard is a selective herbicide. The substance is intended for the protection of vegetable crops, fodder and oilseed crops from cereal and dicotyledonous annual weeds. The concentrated suspension is placed in a 100 ml bottle, the active substance of the drug is promethrin, contained in a proportion of 500 g/l. The advantages of Gezagard are the following qualities:
- non-toxicity for treated plants and the environment;
- only one use of the drug per season is enough;
- The shelf life of the substance after application is 40 days.
The drug is used after sowing crops until emergence. A freshly prepared solution is used for spraying the soil. The herbicide can affect the roots or leaves of weeds, depending on the phase of application. The effect is achieved when the active substance is absorbed by weeds, which leads to their death before the emergence of crops.
